Dance Companion is currently in beta. The platform is under active development, and features, functionality, and availability may change at any time without notice. You acknowledge that the beta product may contain errors, bugs, or limitations.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload to the platform, including videos, notes, and other materials. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of any third party.

You agree not to use the platform to upload unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, interfere with platform operations, or use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.

Dance Companion is a proprietary beta product. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share access to the platform or its content without permission. Screenshots or recordings of the platform should not be distributed without authorization.

Studios are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and permissions for any videos or content uploaded to the platform, including performance rights, choreographer permissions, and parental consent for minors.
